Every effort has been made to provide you with a healthy puppy. Breeder guarantees that all vaccinations and worming have been given as stated on vaccination schedule.
It is this Breeders recommendation that the Buyer have this puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of purchase. If this puppy is found to have a congenital defect or health problem at this exam, a 100% refund or replacement will be given, (Buyers choice), provided the Breeder is contacted immediately (within 24 hours)after the exam, and this puppy is promptly returned to breeder with a signed document from the Veterinarian stating the defect or problem. Registration papers given at time of sale must accompany return.
The Breeder further guarantees this puppy for two years against congenital defects. If within that time a congenital defect is found, Breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality and sex. The replacement will be subject to availability. Guarantee is void if this puppy is used for breeding.
If at any time the Buyer wants to place this puppy in another home, the Buyer must first offer the puppy to the Breeder for placement.
In the unlikely event of this puppys death, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required before any action will be take by the Breeder, if cause is unknown, an autopsy is required. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanised without Breeders knowledge and consent.
The Breeder will not be responsible for any Vet bills incurred.
This guarantee becomes null and void if...
1. All vaccinations are not kept up to date and the dog kept on heartworm preventive, as per Vets instructions.
2. Proper veterinary care is not given immediately.
3. Breeders instructions for feeding and care are not followed.
4. The dog is used for breeding
Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo or Corona virus after 72 hours, as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving Breeder.
Breeder makes no guarantees as to size, color or personallity of this puppy. The puppy is sold strictly as a companion.
No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated above.
Buyer declares they understand and agree to this contract with their signature.
